The realtors I used, and that I highly recommend are the husband and wife team of Debra and Richard Kenny.
They were always there when we needed them, never too busy to answer all my many questions and more than willing to take us out for a showing at anytime. They didn't waste our time by going to houses "sight-unseen" (unless my wife or I wanted to see a house, which was a mistake on several occasions), they always previewed the homes and showed us only the cream-of-the-crop that was in our price range.
